Meeting BASARNAS !

Representatives of SS-1 Team went to National SAR Agency (BASARNAS) headquarters on Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The purpose of this visitation was to give presentation about the first Indonesian Nanosatellites made by students and to gain knowledge on the possibility of nanosatellites benefits for SAR missions. Moreover, SS-1 team aim to form a cooperation with BASARNAS.

Representatives of the team are accompanied by the project leader, Dr. Riza Muhida, on this visitation and welcomed by Chief of Data and Information, Mr. Latif Ainul Yaqin, S.E., M.M. Unfortunately, BASARNAS is yet to had a research and development division, therefore the aim for this visitation had not been met. However, Mr. Latif still greatly appreciate the effort done by the team and will give technical or administrative data to the team shall it be used in the future.
